Quality
In order to guarantee results and quality, InterExcellent invests in selection and development of our Executive Interim Managers. Our interim executives need to have at least 10 years of senior management experience, university education, proven track record in reorganisation, turn-around and restructuring projects. InterExcellent has established a Certified Executive Interim Manager programme in close co-operation with the famous Nyenrode Business University. So that our interim managers can further develop their professional and interpersonal skills and management techniques.

The vision and methodology of InterExcellent were developed by our counselors, who have more than 30 years experience in the interim management business. Each counselor has his own industry focus, based on in-depth knowledge of and vast experience with interim management assignments in your industry. That's why we are able to deliver the interim executive who best suits needs and culture of your company.

• Barend van Kouterik is responsible for Government and Healthcare. Barend brings over 20 years management experience in this sector to InterExcellent, and over 10 years experience as a counselor and managing partner of interim management agencies (KPMG, Atos, Ebbinge). 
• Willem Jongbloed is responsible for Trade, Manufacturing and Logistics. Willem became Executive Manager at KPMG (and later at Atos and Ebbinge) after an impressive management career, including executive positions at Brocacef, Van Duijnen and the Royal Olland Group. 
• Geert-Jan Poorthuis focusses on ICT, Telecom and Utilities. Geert-Jan has built a successful management career at KPN Telecom and Atos Origin, in Holland and Ireland. He entered the interim management world in 1999 and has an extensive network in the ICT & Telecom industry. 
• Bas Fransen is responsible for Finance. Bas started his career at Ernst & Young as tax advisor. In 2003, he moved to the Dutch interim agency Eiffel, where he became Head of their Finance practice.
