For our client, High Tech Campus Eindhoven (HTCE), we search a Senior Head of Strategic Asset Management. Known as the smartest square kilometer in the world, HTCE is the beating heart of the Brainport region — home to more than 300 high-tech companies and over 13,000 innovators, researchers and engineers shaping the technologies of tomorrow. In this key role, you will work closely with the CEO and CFO to drive and refine the Campus’s long-term strategic value creation plan. Your focus will be on unlocking the full potential of over 55 existing buildings and realizing the additional 100,000 sqm of future development.
As Senior Head of Strategic Asset Management, you will lead the next phase of HTCE’s value creation, combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership. From repositioning and upgrading assets to aligning building concepts with the needs of innovative tenants, this role calls for a seasoned professional with a sharp analytical mind and a proven track record in large-scale asset management. The ideal candidate brings international experience, understands private equity dynamics, and thrives in a forward-looking, high-tech environment.
